Empress Cheonchu is a 2009 South Korean period television series based on the titular character, an actual historical figure and her lifelong struggle to protect the country her ancestors built. The granddaughter of Goryeo Dynasty founder Taejo Wanggeon, the empress ruled as the regent for her son Mokjong, the dynasty's seventh ruler. Determined to realize her ambitious goals for the kingdom of Goryeo, she dons armor, battles against foreign invaders, and tramples her lover, her son and brother in her rise to power.

Captain 11's Showboat was a locally produced children's program, based in St. Louis, Missouri, airing on KPLR-TV, Channel 11 during the late-afternoon hours, starting in May 1959, and ending in August 1968. Captain 11, named after the channel, was portrayed by longtime St. Louis radio personality Harry Fender. The program was best known for airing Three Stooges shorts to viewers in the St. Louis area. Mr. Fender was a former performer for Florenz Ziegfeld. He then returned to St. Louis and became a policeman. Mr. Fender was a semi-regular on Jack Carney's radio program on KMOX radio. Mr. Fender claimed many times that when Florenz Ziegfeld was creating the musical version of Show Boat that Ziegfeld had Fender in mind to play Gaylord Ravenal.

Machine Robo: Revenge of Cronos, also known as Revenge of the Gobots, is a Japanese anime television series produced by Ashi Productions. It ran on TV Tokyo from July 3, 1986 through May 28, 1987. A large portion of the Machine Robo toy-line was exported and sold by Tonka in America as Gobots and Rock Lords. Eat St. is a Canadian reality television series produced by Paperny Entertainment that airs on Food Network Canada and Cooking Channel. Hosted by Canadian comedian James Cunningham, the show tours North America in search of the most inventive meals served from food trucks. To accompany the series, an Eat St. App was developed that uses GPS to track street fare near the user. The series, which premiered April 6, 2011, has filmed in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, as well as a number of cities in the United States. The show will be airing its fourth season in 2013.
